Relaxation and sports - that's the ideal mixture for eventful and relaxing holidays! Hiking, biking, horse riding, tennis, golf and many other possibilities you will find in and around St. Leonhard village. Together with our personal assistance your holidays will become unforgettable.

Here are some proposals for your leisure time:

High alpine tours (every Thursday from April to October, free participation for our guests): The tours are about 5 and 8 hours of walk and are not dangerous. You should wear good walking shoes and not forget sun protection and waterproofs. Proviant and condition are also indispensable. You'll get a hiking map in the hotel.

Nature hiking tours (every Tuesday and Friday, free participation for our guests): osservation of game and birds and a geological expedition

Hiking tours around mountain farms with natives: very interesting and recommended - you will experience the working day on a mountain farm (for example baking of bread) and you will be spoilt with culinarian specialities from the region. Participation is limited, therefore it is recommended to announce participation in time (already at home).

Guided alpine tours accompanied by the hotel's landlord or entertaining meetings in our hotel's bar contribute that you will always remind your holidays at Hotel Felseneck with pleasure.

Guided mountainbike tours will be organized on demand: mountainbikes will be at your disposition at the Info-station.

For your own trips we will suplly you with hiking maps.

Golf: 9-hole-golf-course (PAR 70) - 4 km distance

Tennis: courts in the village

Rafting: from May to September (10 km distance)

Horse riding: Riding school (1 km distance) - Riding for children and adults - paddock and ride - rides in coaches - day excursions 

Paragliding: directly at St. Leonhard on 1.400 m - promotion by car, or on Hirzer mountain - promotion by Hirzer cable-car up to 2.000 m (10 km distance)

Ötzi: The Archeological Museum of Bolzano/Bozen (about 50 km) with "The Iceman" (4.000 - 5.000 years of age)

Juval Castle: Home of the famous alpinist Reinhold Messner, with museum (30 km distance)

Museum of Andreas Hofer : dedicated to Andreas Hofer and his rebellion against Napoleon (1 km distance)

A shopping tour to the nearby famous thermal city of Meran.

Trips to the marvellous and impressing Dolomites or to Lake Garda (150km) and Venice (300km).
